Our Clients
Pricing Models
We know what it takes to keep facilities open and safe during winter weather events and tailor our approach to each property with input from you to ensure we are servicing you and your customers in the best possible manner. We not only modify our production to meet your needs, we also accommodate your preferred pricing structure:
Seasonal
Lump sum pricing structure where an agreed upon cost for the entire season is reached and services are performed as needed all-inclusive of the seasonal sum
Best for situations where fixed costs are valued
Typically based on a 5-10 year period of averages
The most popular form of agreement trending in the industry
Per-Inch
Per-service pricing structure broken down into incremental tiers of snow and ice accumulation
Costs reflect a truer measure of inputs required for each individual event
Can result in higher variability in costs incurred for a property year over year
Can save significant sums of money in light winter weather seasons
Time and Material
Per-service pricing structure that is billed out by the time logged on equipment or labor and materials used
The most variable of all the pricing models
The most accurate reflection of services performed
Often implemented as part of a hybrid pricing model
Hybrid Models
The most fair of all pricing structures, but the least common. Often in hybrid cost models, there is a low base seasonal cost to cover the equipment overhead dedicated to the site combined with a per-inch or time and material agreement per-service for each winter weather event
Often regarded as the most “fair” of all the models
The contractor has reasonable costs covered for dedicated assets
The property enjoys the benefits of dedicated assets with costs that are true to the demand of the winter weather season
